1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using TIVO's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Product Information
TIVO provides plate heat exchangers and related components for industrial applications. We strive to ensure that all product information is accurate, however:
- Product specifications may vary based on custom requirements
- Technical parameters are subject to engineering confirmation
- Availability may change without prior notice
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by TIVO. Payment terms will be specified in individual quotations and purchase agreements.
4. Delivery and Risk
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on product customization and availability. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon shipment from our facility.
5. Warranty
TIVO products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from delivery, subject to proper installation and operation within specified parameters.
6. Limitation of Liability
TIVO's liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products. We shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, technical drawings, and specifications remain the intellectual property of TIVO unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Jiangsu Province.

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TIVO-PHE ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our industrial plate heat exchanger products, services, and related solutions.
By accessing our services, placing orders, or engaging with our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Manufacturing Services
TIVO-PHE provides OEM/ODM manufacturing services for plate heat exchangers with over 12 years of industry experience. Our 8 production lines ensure quality control under ISO 9001 standards.

Payment Terms
Payment terms are established per individual customer agreements. Standard terms include deposit requirements for custom orders.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Currency fluctuations may affect international pricing.
5. WARRANTIES & PERFORMANCE
Performance Guarantees
Products are warranted against manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions. Warranty periods vary by product type and application. Misuse, improper installation, or operation outside specified parameters voids warranty coverage.
6. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
TIVO-PHE's liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product or service. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from product use.
Customers are responsible for proper installation, operation, and maintenance according to provided specifications and industry standards.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All proprietary designs, engineering specifications, and manufacturing processes remain the intellectual property of TIVO-PHE. Customers may not reverse-engineer, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary technologies.
Custom designs developed for specific customer applications may be subject to separate intellectual property agreements.
8. TERMINATION & MODIFICATION
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. TIVO-PHE reserves the right to modify these Terms with reasonable notice to customers.
Termination does not affect existing orders, warranties, or ongoing service obligations.
